As a legislator I will...

       Pass Constitutional Laws

Pass just laws to secure liberty for all Georgia and U.S. citizens. That starts with READING the laws.  I will not vote for a law that I haven't read.  Any law I vote for will be in line with the powers of the federal government as enumerated in the U.S. Constitution.  I will not vote for any law that violates of the Bill of Rights.

     Repeal Unconstitutional Laws

Work to repeal all unjust laws.  Many unjust laws have been passed in the last 10-15 years, so this will be my top priority.

There are too many unconstitutional laws to even count them, but some examples of the worst ones are...

The Affordable Care Act (Obamacare), 2010

Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), 2015

Please feel free to comment on the many unconstitutional laws that have been passed in recent years.

Every agency should be obliged to honor the 7th Amendment. As is,any agency can levy a fine without a jury trial.

Most erosion of freedom occurs in Federal District Court, in selective enforcement of laws. Federal Courts were necessary in 1787; state courts today are sophisticated and more sensitive to the issue of individual freedom.

There would be no urgency for Fed legislation if every state legislature could opt out of any regulation.
